The FortiExtender-100B is a 3G/4G Wireless WAN Extender for the FortiGate Connected UTM. The FortiExtender-100B provides a secure mechanism to connect your network to a 3G/4G Wireless WAN. It provides either a primary or backup (failover) Wireless WAN connection for the Distributed Enterprise or SMB network. Designed in an IP55 rated enclosure and connected using Power over Ethernet, the FortiExtender-100B can be placed outdoors, up to 100m in distance away from the FortiGate to optimize the 3G/4G Wireless WAN coverage.
