• Compeve corporation accepts PayPal payments, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards and E-checks through PayPal.
• Payments are accepted from confirmed PayPal addresses.
• Prepayment is also accepted by cashier or certified check. Company checks are accepted upon approval only and will be held for a minimum of 3 business days prior to shipping merchandise.
• All international buyers must contact us prior making a purchase, regarding international payment options.
• Illinois residents please add 8% sales tax.

• All products are being shipped the same day or within 24 hours after payment is received, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on major Holidays.
• Most products are being shipped via FedEx. We also ship via UPS, USPS, DHL. Shipping is at buyers expense. Shipping will be calculated and billed at published rates. A handling charge and insurance is included in auction price.
• We do not offer local pick-ups.
• If your address at the time of purchase is not correct, or if you have not updated it prior to making a payment, we are not responsible for fees associated with rerouting your package via any shipping carrier. Customer will be held 100% responsible. Please make sure your address is updated on eBay account before making a purchase.
• International customers please contact us regarding shipping quotes, prior to purchase.
• International customers are responsible for customs duties.
• We take extreme care when packing your goods to see that your item arrives intact.
• For any products sold that are damaged, lost, or stolen by shipping company in transit to Buyer, an insurance claim must be submitted to the shipper. Compeve corp. is not responsible or liable for loss or resulting damage due to shipper's negligence or theft.

• If you are not satisfied with Compeve services or products, you can cancel your order or return merchandise asking for a refund.
• Customers must contact Compeve and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning the merchandise. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. RMA shipments MUST have a RMA number clearly visible on outside of the package.
• All returns will be tested. Return for replacement found to be non-defective will result in a 20% restocking fee. Buyers pay return shipping for all non-defective products and products shipped for replacement that were purchased somewhere else, not from us. Any product found to be damaged through misuse, abuse or negligence is not eligible for warranty replacement.
• There are no returns for retail packaging processors, printers, memory, LCD monitors and TV's for repair or refund. Customers agree that these items can only be returned to manufacturers for replacement / repair except in cases of shipping wrong item or clear shipping damage. There is no warranty, no returns, no refunds, for the items sold "as is". No exceptions.
• The refund request are resolved within 14 days after receiving the parcel. Shipping cost is not refundable.
• In case of any product(s) returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be 100% complete, with all packaging manuals, registration cards, accessories, cables and software.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by Compeve.
